I love a good seated flow! I often begin my 60-75 minute vinyasa classes with a nice seated warm up that looks like this. This seated flow can also stand alone as it’s own practice. Seated flows are a great way to feel grounded, to get connected to the earth, and to take your flow slow and easy.
This is a great class for first thing in the morning, to relax and wind down in the evening, or any time you need a quick ease of movement!
