This is a great, quick flow you can do in your kitchen while breakfast is cooking or dinner is heating up…and I mean that literally because I do it all the time! A full, intense 60 minute class isn’t always accessible first thing in the morning (or at all!), so this is a good substitute or warm up. I will often do variations of forward folds to wake up the bask side of my body before moving into my full asana practice later in the morning.
We will explore different variations of forward folds, standing as well as seated. Happy flowing!
