Join me as we continue this journey of Awareness. In order to meditate, to still the mind, we first must be able to observe the mind and understand it. In come the senses. Our senses are a part of the thread of our thought patterns. Our senses help us experience the outside world, then we internalize these experiences with thoughts, and those thoughts provoke emotions. Begin exploring all of these sensations with this 10 minute guided meditation.
