Recommended Yoga Class
If you haven’t figured this out for yourself yet, I’m here to tell you that pregnancy is a spiritual journey! We are bringing a new soul into this earth plane via our soul portal, through our creative sacral chakra space. When I sat with this realization I thought – wow! What a huge undertaking! Not only am I responsible for the earthly and bodily experience of this little baby, but I’m also responsible for bringing another soul being to join in this collective spirit journey. Now if that’s not making you feel some pressure I don’t know what will! But have no fear, we are all on this path together. Every single being has a mother who has gone on the voyage from maiden to mother, and we have all passed through the veil of before and now – bringing our spirit into this realm. Let’s take a quick yoga and meditation break and connect. Let’s focus on our crown chakra, our spiritual center. Take this time to connect with baby and enjoy the wonder that is pregnancy!
*I am constantly updating recommended classes as I add more yoga classes to my YouTube library! Check back often for updates!

Surrendering to your birth experience is the ultimate practice of trust. Do you fully trust your birth team? If not, what changes can you make? Do you trust you and your partners’ preparedness? If not, what else can you do?
Please feel free to share your responses below, so we can all help each other on this journey!
