Recommended Yoga Class
Hello beautiful mama, welcome to this 10 minute birth affirmation to help you feel joy! Pregnancy is hard – so hard! It can be so easy to get swept up in the feelings your hormones swings are bringing up, fear that comes with the newness of a baby (whether it’s your first or additional!), and the aches and pains of your body. But what of the joy!? Bring yourself into joy and bliss with this 10 minute meditation! Pregnancy may be challenging, but it is also a beautiful journey of creation! Your body is magical, building an entire body in your womb. Creating a new soul to come to this earth plane – a soul that will laugh and play and dance and sing! Let’s rejoice in the bliss that is childhood. The joyful feelings we have when we think of our baby. The happiness we feel deep within and the love that already exists between us. Listen to this meditation daily to enhance the JOY in your pregnancy!
*I am constantly updating recommended classes as I add more yoga classes to my YouTube library! Check back often for updates!
**Every body, woman, practice, and pregnancy is different. If the suggested class for this week does not suit you this week for any reason, please feel free to look for a different one on my YouTube channel. Trust your body and listen to your birth team!
Journal Prompts
As you grow and explore the depths of your being, consider that your baby also is their own entire being, also experiencing pregnancy and birth. What does this mean for your relationship with them? What does trusting your baby in the birth process look like for you?
Please feel free to share your responses below, so we can all help each other on this journey!
